It sure does deserve a kudos. You have your eyes fine tuned for spotting these types of shots. Great focus and very nicely captured Yves.

Thanks Debra. I am so glad that this is an ability that gets better with the usage.. But it works only if you walk very slowly and give your eye all the time needed to do the job. I like it that way anyway.

Heather Mellon

It takes a sharp eye to even spot one like this so kudos just for that, plus for how perfectly you focused in on him. The detail and markings on this dragonfly show very nicely here.. very well captured, Yves.

Thank you Heather. I considers the focus on that dragonfly very good and I like very much that picture. Even with a camera that does all the job on automatic many shots are not that good. That's life on the planet. so we appreciate a success.

Jane LeBlanc

Nice job, Yves. you are right...they do blend in and you have to look closely to find them.

Yves Langlois

Thank you Jane

Description
This is an october 2023 shot to show that it is not so easy to spot insects because they usualy blend well in nature. But I think a sharp focus on the subject help to appreciate the subject.
